Our chicken parts are identified as purebred Lancaster Bresse, crossbred Bresse/Barbezieux (Bresse-Barbi Cross) and purebred Barbezieux.
Breeds by taste (according to the French pallette) is Bresse is the #1 best tasting chicken.
Barbizieux is the #3 best tasting chicken.
We have the cross breed which of course must be the #2 best tasting chicken.
Grown on Kentucky pasture, supplemented with Kentucky Organic feed from KOFFI - Kentucky proud.
The labels on the packages are somewhat cryptic, still working out how to best mark the packages with our Amish processors. So when reading the labels for these breast products the following might help.
Whight = White = Bresse purebred.
